Iam looking for a steadicam
I want to buy a steadycam for my Sony Z1 camera. There are alot of them on ebay some as low as $900.00
I have a Glidecam 4000 but Iam geting older and it is hard to hold it for a long period of times.
Anyone has any suggestions or comments about these two rigs?

They won’t get any lighter unless you use a DSLR. You’ll have to add weight using lighter cameras. Wecome to my world. That’s why I only take a few shots with it instead of wearing that thing all day.

Iam doing the same thing with my Glidecam 4000 but I need to buy a full rig with vest and arm for some corporate jobs as well as some pre constuction surveys with long walks along side roads.
So I am looking for some direction before I pull the credit card out. -
Any of the vests glidecam have available would suffice for this kind of shooting. Seems extreme for construction shots, but I understand that they usually need complete uninterrupted shots with no editing for this kind of thing.
