    Please forgive me for not knowing what program this would use. Sorry if I’m in the wrong section. First here is an example of what i would like to create:

    I’m tying to make a video where i move from the distorted image(left) to the image that basically looks normal(right). I would assume it would involve 3d tracking of the footage and somehow projecting it onto 3d objects that match the scene(or maybe even without 3d objects?). Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    you might look into projection software like madmapper. it handles the distortion (or correction) of the image at the projection stage rather than the creation stage.

    I’ve done similar effects with project by cutting the video into different layers via masking, and using the corner pin tool to distort it. Takes a little while, but works well.
