  I used CC2019 for a long time, and now… What happened to 2021’s timeline?

  Hiya guys: I had A LOT of problems with CPUs and GPUs low usage in the new Versions of Premiere, so I kept myself to an old one as long as I could, but…

  I’m trying to figure out if this weirdness in the timeline is some kind of intended update to be “more precise” zooming in while causing a lot of uncertainty looking at it from a wide perspective.

  Is this… Intended? [Look at the video to understand what I mean, sorry for the english!]
