When I reopened my project after I installed the updated it re-conformed all of my footage, and this particular project is vast.

After months of work my entire project video AND audio is out of syn, it shifted everything around comletely randomly I have no logical order of things to reference. It shifted everything by frames, 3 – 5 seconds worth :S

How do I undo this?! I am completely ruined if I cannot reverse this damage or at least somehow get cs4 to work properly, please answer as quickly as possible as I am writing from my wireless device and am on a ledge!

Ok just joking trying to humor myself as I am truly about to start crying 🙁

PLEASE HELP I BEG OF YOU ALL!

I can’t tell you what happened, but don’t save that project, or at least make sure you have a backup copy, or that you put aside the auto saves before they are overwritten.

Then uninstall, and reinstall, that will put you back to the point you were at before the update.

And never update while you are working on a project…
