I just want to warn I-phone users that they interfere with the camera audio and something internally. (I use a Sony PD 150 and 170 and it does it to both) I did a couple of weddings and after loading the footage into my computer I noticed the intermitting buzzing sound in the audio and a little video interference. Finally I realized it was my I-Phone. Now I keep it off for the whole shoot. Beware.

Blackberry phones do this too, the RF cloud around them is horrible.

That’s interesting I use my iPhone for open comms when I do duel camera shoots (using the headphones) with no issues. The 2 cameras I use are JVC GY HD201 and Sony V1P with sennheiser g2 wireless kit. Having said that my iPhones is Next G/ 3G, where as I find that all digital phones tend to be bad news for my gear.
