I would like to have a rotation background with many titles in small squares. I would like for my host to be ablt to select one of the titles, have it light up and slide to the front. Any ideas on how to accompplish such an idea? Perhaps a Pod Cast or tutorial you may know about?

    Thanks

Well somewhat, I will have my “Host” mimic selecting (kind of like the Jayz HP commercial only much easier) a title from the background or side of him. The hope is to have a curved U-Shape wall of titles flying in space. The host will select a title stopping the animation and bringing the title to the front of the screen. The rest of the video will touch on that topic

Yeah I can handle all of that, and we will be shooting on Beta, but DVCAM isn’t that bad now is it! What I need to know is how to get the item to select and shoot out??

Great explanations Dave. Few things I’ve learned!

    Thanks for the tips.

[Dave LaRonde] Digibeta (and many other codecs like DVCPro) have exactly 4-2-2 color resolution.

Actually, to be clear, DVCPro is 4:1:1 because it’s just DV25 like MiniDV or DVCam. DVCPro50 is 4:2:2. I’m sure Dave knew that though.
