  I need help brainstorming a multi-media presentation…

  Hi all,

  I have a live kiosk presentation where I need my Powerbook G4 to do some heavy lifting and I need to figure out a way to instantly (and cleanly) switch between a DVD playback and a Live HD video camera.

  I am using the DVI monitor output on my Powerbook to go to a projector (setting the projector as a second monitor). I will have my HD video camera connected via firewire to my notebook, and will have a DVD playing on a loop in the DVD slot.

  I need to be able to switch cleanly between the DVD that is playing and the HD camera.

  Any thoughts as to how I can approach this?

  I do have Final Cut Pro, but I am strapped for time and hoping to find a quick answer (rather than experiment endlessly).
