I need aid with this masking or putting a layer inside a shape in another video
Hi
I’ve tried and tried and searched. But cant find anything to help me with this.
I have a certain video that I want to put inside a shape of another video. The shape is already inside the one video im talking about.
I want it exactly inside the shape. i tried rectangle but it doesnt fit.
I tried masking, but Im new to it. I made a shape layer exactly the shape inside the video I want, but how to get the video inside it…?Here’s a simple pic to (haha sorry) illustrate what I want.

If you’ve already made a shape layer where you want the 2nd video to fit, place your 2nd video layer underneath the shape layer and set its Track Matte to Alpha Matte. Then scale your video layer to the size you want.
