I need advice before buying a multitrack mixer/recorder
I’m currently looking to buy a multi-track mixer/recorder with at least 8 XLR inputs and LED display for the levels. This would mainly be to record sound independently from video during conferences where several speakers are involved or in small studio based film productions. Could anyone advise me as to what models might be best (the best I’ve found so far is the Zoom HD16CD) or point me in the direction of anyone or any website where I could get impartial advice.
