I need a shadow catcher that isn’tn “shadow catcher”
I’m trying to composite elements onto live action footage and I’m having trouble finding a way to render out the shadows.
I want objects in the scene to catch shadows but be totally transparent other than that.
I’ve tried the “shadow catcher” plugin but it takes about 20hrs to render one frame and the results aren’t great.
There must be a way to setup a proper shadow pass in cinema right?
