I Messed up my boss’ fcp 4.5!!
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has a fix for this. I upgraded by boss’ computer to QT 7.1.3 and all these problems started occuring on his fcp 4.5 HD (running OS 10.3.9) I have reverted back to QT 6.5.2 but strange things are still occuring such as HUGE audio drift in capture and clips running out of sync on the timeline.
Does anyone have experience with this and know what to do to fix it? Does QT7 install things the revert does not erase? Help–he’s gonna kill me!

Try trashing your FCP prefs, repair permissions and do a restart.

Do him a favor and upgrade to Tiger 10.4!
