Hello, creating the PIP effect is simple enough. I just go into Pan/Crop and make the box with the F much larger than the video then drag it to where I need it to be. But in this case, I need my little picture to not be the entire video, but a zoomed in (same aspect ratio) piece of that video which is not possible using the method I know now. Can anyone give me a tip on how to accomplish this? I’m not quite sure what to search in a search engine so I haven’t found anything helpful yet. Thank you.

You should use Track Motion (and not Pan/Crop) to position your events to get the PIP effect. You can then use Pan/Crop to move about the media while the clip stays fixed. Or, you could animate the clip positioning via Track Motion keyframes.

Tyson is right. You should be making the Picture-in-Picture with Track Motion and resizing the frame with Pan/Crop.
