    I have inadvertently turned some thing on and dont know what it is to ask how to turn it off.

    Every time I hit my J K L keys my project starts to render and I dont want to do that – What have I done?

    What a bummer!

    Perhaps, you changed the keyboard shortcuts. They are under the Premiere menu.
