I have been moderated for a while now.
Hi
I am a long time member of the Cow (I believe since 2012). I am not a very active forum user but still I use it once in a while (it was the reason I signed in on the first place).
As a remote freelancer this site has been an awesome help for finding jobs, but the moderation notice have popped up every time I apply for a job for quite a while now. I honestly am not sure if I violated the COWs policies and if I did it was an accident. Since I have been moderated I have not gotten any job to which I have applied on the site.Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Hello David,
The second post in the sticky posts at the top of this forum explains why ALL job board posts are moderated for EVERYONE. No one posts to the job board without going through moderation. The reasons are outlined in the post I referred you to.
It is not personal.

I read that, I had the idea that moderation applied for people offering job, not for job seekers, my bad, thanks for your reply.
