I have a problem with Movie Studio Platinum
whenever i try to launch the program it loads the splash-screen and stuff
but when It’ going to launch the actual program it crashes and i get this error

Try points 9. and 8. first. (Be sure to follow the resetting instructions closely) -
I reinstalled windows and it fixed the problem
