I did something and now part of my text media is grey and there’s an A and B track and I don’t know how to fix it.

Please help, I haven’t saved in 2 hours and last time this happened I just closed the window and lost another 2 hours. The hell do I do to get rid of this, I tried ctrl+z but it just kept going back deleting my text.

Right clicked on the track header and deselected “expand track layers”.
