I can’t reformat or delete anything on the 16GB P2 Card
I have tried to reformat the 16GB card with the camera and I get a message, “SD Card format NG No Card”
This is the first time I have used this camera, what am I missing?

Does it have the 16Gb firmware installed?

Sounds like you are trying to format the SD card- which is where the camera metadata settings go rather than the actual P2 card. Spend a little more time with your manual to see where the right menu item your looking for is.

Good call. And it sounds like you don’t have an SD card in there to begin with.
Also, if you are using a 16Gb P2 card, make sure the 16GB firmware is installed.
