  I can´t open files(video) in a media manager

  Hello:
  I´m not able to open files,avi, in a network,they use a system it´s a government filmotech, called videoma https://www.isid.es/English/product/producto_v00.htm
  Out of the network I can see the video fine, I´ve used flip4mac,perlian,isquint, vlc,etc and it´s impossible.
