I am looking for a blurry effect..
Good day to you all.
I have got a little question. I´m trying to achieve a kind of effect whats used in movies every now and then. It´s usually when someone is in some kind of weird state. Movements in the back are a bit blurred. But I dont know how the effect is called or described.
So I mate a little test movie in which I try to recreate the effect.
If you recognize it or know some sites with helpful tips to get me further, please let me know
