I am working on a multi-document book that in the end will be a PDF with hyperlinks. This is a revision of a previous book that also had hyperlinks. I have added new pages and content, and I have deleted all of the old hyperlinks and bookmarks. I am able to create new hyperlink destinations with no problems but when I try to create the new hyperlink I do not get the option unless I retype the text I am wanting to be the hyperlink. Is there something I have not stripped out that could be causing this issue?
Also, when I retype the copy and do have the option to set the hyperlink, there are destinations in the list that I have not created yet. This leads me to believe I am missing a step in stripping out all of the old Hyperlinks and destinations.
    I am working in CS3 on a Mac G5 dual 2.0
Thanks for any help you can offer. Todd
