    HVX200A-will not boot up

    Hi,
    My HVX200A works in tape mode, but when I switch back over to P2 mode, it continually searches for the cards. I cannot activate the menu or even turn it off without removing the power source. I’ve tried the reset button, but no luck.
    Anyone know of a good, Panasonic approved repair shop in the Southeast U.S. region?

    i know this sounds sophmoric, but make sure the p2 card is fully inserted in the drive.

    It does it whether or not there’s a card in there. Stuck in boot-up mode.
