I am in PC Mode > Host Mode according to page 115 in the manual.

    I’m on a dual quad 2.5 GHz PowerPC G5, 4 GB RAM, 10.5.2.

    Camera is AG-HVX200A
    Software: 0x10001
    Spec ID: 0xA02D
    Software version: 2.03-00-0.00
    My P2 cards are 4GB.

I’ve scoured the manual and searched the cow, but no luck. Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks
    R

What exactly are you trying to do? Format?

Transfer from my camera to the HD. (I use the P2 store very often, but today someone came in and I needed some audio, so I used the camera as a capture device. I was hoping to just drop the MXF file where it belongs, but no. So I used the P2 store.) But in the future, it’d be nice to drag and drop from the camera.

Got ya. Connected via USB or 1394? Host or device mode? You need device mode.
