This is bizarre – I just did a search on the .pdf Operating Instructions for “firmware” and came up with zero instances of its use.

My firmware version is 3.03.

The first camera is: 2.02
The second camera is: 1.03

BTW, the Panasonic site shows 2.03 as the newest. How did you get 3.03?

That is what the camera guy told me. Perhaps there was miscommunication in there somewhere. I’ll verify.

OK…first off, my firmware version was wrong. 1.03, which might in fact be the issue here. We’ll have the camera guys update that ASAP.

Now, the serial number is uhm…something I should e-mail you.
