  HUGE PROBLEM – CAN’T SAVE – Help!

  Adobe didnt really know what to do about this when i phoned them.

  The PP2. matrox editing suite blue screened when i was edited a Hdv shot film – restarted computer and ever since then i can open projects watch, edit, but cant save. When i click to save the timer comes up and just crashes – no repsonse.

  I have done and tryed the following;

  opened up different projects both Hdv and non hdv pal 4:3
  Made a fresh project with literally folders in (no footage)
  Moved the folder location of the film i was editing on.
  Uninstalled the whole production studio with brand new preferences and reinstalled

  virus checked
  Deleted temp. files on c drive
  scanned C drive for errors
  There’s 10 gig left on the drive which is a fair amount for small projects i open and it still crashes.

  The problem is still occuring, myself, colleagues and adobe are slightly baffled. Other than re formating drives and re-installing windows does anyone else have any suggestions?

  HP xw9300 Workstation
  Dual Core AMD Opteron
  1.99 GHZ, 2.00 GB Ram
