  • Hub Explorer mobile upload crashes Vegas Pro 19 consistently.

My iphone video clips upload successfully from the hub app on the phone to the Vegas 19 Hub Explorer and the icons for the clip appear in Hub Explorer under the mobile upload section, but when I try to click on one of the clips to sync it, Hub Explorer crashes along with Vegas every single time. When I first started using VP 19 365 the iphone-to-Hub worked perfectly, then suddenly it didn’t anymore. Here’s what I’ve tried:

installed latest recommended Nvidia Quadro 4200K driver update

Ran Windows diagnostics to fix system problems there

Did a complete, by-the-textbook uninstall of everything on my computer related to Magix and Vegas as instructed including registry items, programs…everything.

Reinstalled all the Vegas 19 software. Still crashes like before with the Hub Explorer.

    Any ideas?

If you are running a VPN on your machine or router or both, try turning it off and and see if that makes a difference in reaching the cloud. Also, check your programs file via the control panel to see what recent windows updates may coincide with when the issue started, if you find one, try to uninstall it and see if that is the issue.

Are you installing the latest Build of VP19 365?

You still weren’t clear if its the same VP19 365 you are still using or if its the latest 424 Build!

Yes, Steve, I’m using VP19 build 424. The curious thing is that it was working just fine earlier on, but then suddenly stopped working.

Great suggestion, Phil. I’ll look into that and report back.
