    Thanks in advance for all your responses, we’ve all seen the HP picture frame commercials, pretty cool stuff, obviously motion tracking was used, my question is how do you track a cropped image, one that fits inside the picture frame. It seems to me that the AE tacker is looking for a scaled image not a cropped one. I hope I’m being clear in my description.

    I think this “Keep motion in perspective”, from Adobe, is what you want (You put your on graphic on a moving sign):

    If the link doesn’t work, its because you have to register with abobe, so start at this page,
    and put “After Effects” from the first drop down.
    “Keep motion in perspective” is on page 4. Lots of good tuts there.
