hey gang, i’ve been struggling in C4D trying to make a decent cowboy boot, but… well you get the idea.

i’m still rather new to c4d, i’ve used bezier nurbs and carved the boot out with the knife tool, but ran into an issue after using the extrude tool in Structure, when it made a gap. yea, i used the “close hole” tool but then that side was void sections to manipulate.

i’ve even made a side view spline from adobe illustrator and used extrude nurbs (which worked ok) but after that i wasn’t so sure on what to do next cause it lacked a grid/section to manipulate. yea i could have used the knife tool, but i feel like there’s a more simpler way.

sooo. i’m rather lost on what to do. can anyone help?
