How would I animate just a PART of an image?
Hi.
I’m wondering how I would animate the penguin’s flipper that is in the air to wave back and forth. JUST that flipper. Could someone please explain to me how I would achieve that? Thanks!

Just cut the part you want to animate in Photoshop to a new layer, paint the background in to match where the flipper was cut from, and bring it in to AE, then animate.
