How was this effect created?
Can someone please help me and tell how the effect in this video was created?
The video is 0.2s long and loops very briefly on Tiktok, yet the platform understands that the video is 6s long.
I’m asking because I’ve never seen anything like this on TikTok in many years and I’m a heavy user.
I’ve attached the video file.

This seems fairly simple. I took 2 seconds of a video, got a screenshot of the last frame, and tacked it onto the 2 second mp4 for another 4 seconds. I didn’t take the time to adjust the color, but you probably get the idea.

Unfortunately, it’s not the same result. Your editing is different from what was done in the file I shared.
I’ve posted your video on Tiktok and the video with the bug. Try skipping 4s and you’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s a 6s video that behaves like 0.2s.
