I imported over 100 items from a PSD. I am making a video from an aerial view I drew. I’d like to have the video zoom in to certain spots and then back out then zoom into a different spot etc. I can’t nest the items because I have too much going on. Any opinions? I’ve taken screenshots and inserted them and zoomed those but it doesn’t seem to be the best way. Thanks in advance!

You can use adjustment layer with magnify effect.

Set your motion keyframes on one clip on one track (making sure you don’t zoom past whatever % at which you lose sharpness), and assuming all tracks are registered to one another, copy and paste the motion settings to all other clips.
I do this all the time when animating multi-layer illustrations but with different filters or effects on some but not all layers.
