how to use that little yellow fx box????
okay…i’ve been a PP user for a year and a half and have clicked on that yellow box in the upper left corner of every clip on the timeline. i can open it (right clicking) and see the “option”, but then i’ve tried dragging, using arrow keys, and even typing numbers, but i don’t see how to make use of what seem to be some great shortcut options.
any help here? i know there’s an extremely simple answer out there just waiting to be shared. . . and i thank thee…

You don’t “use it” per se. It just a visual cue to show that a clip has an effect on it. More here https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/applying-removing-finding-organizing-effects.html
