I’m using Ultra Key a lot in Premiere and want to use it After Effects. When I dynamic link footage that has Ultra Key applied it doesn’t show up in AE. I know AE has good plugins for keying but I like Ultra Key. It’s easy to dial in.

Is there a directory where Premiere’s native plugins are store and I can move ’em to the common folder so AE see’s them as well? I’m guessing since Ultra Key doesn’t show up in AE it isn’t meant to work in AE. I’d like to know for sure.

AE has its own Ultra Key.

You cannot move effects from Premiere to AE.
Some effects do transfer from AE to PPro.(trial and error).
