how to stretch wave and loop
Sorry forgot this is the second part of my question..after I mix this sound say its called gym ambience…how do I loop it to make it last the length of time in the video say its 50 seconds but I want to loop it to be 3 minutes? thanks

Jack,
Right click on the clip, go to LOOP PROPERTIES > ENABLE now all you have to do is left click on the bottom right corner of the clip and drag it out … Personally I like to just insert clips till I have the length I need then blend the them together, for me it’s easier and it makes it seamless … If you don’t set up your parameters right on your loop control you get a wave that has space between each clip or an unnatural transmission ……..
