How to smooth lines and edges?
I have some images where I got rid of the background and kept the foreground. Now I need to smooth the lines and edges and can’t seem to find the right tool that will do this. I thought the Blur tool would do the trick but I haven’t noticed any change when I use that. Any ideas or suggestions?

You are going to want to start over. There are a few ways to extract a foreground, but I like using the pen tool to create a path, turn it to a selection, then go to selection-refine edge. Mess around with that.
