How to show save area zone in premiere pro

may be for some people thing this is “weird” question.. 🙂
I’ve using premiere pro (1st version) almost 1 year, but until now I don’t know how to see/show savezone area in screen preview in premiere.Because of this some times I miss my stuff on video on tv screen like title and graphic..

There is a Safe Margins button in the lower right corner of the Program window.
