how to set fcp 5.1.1 to edit in 2.35 aspect ratio?
Please help,
how do you set fcp 5.1.1 to edit hd video in 2.35 aspect ratio. someone showed me this once but I forgot to do it. I am trying to edit a short film in the cinemascope ratio. the video was shot in hd 16×9 with the 2.35 marker on the monitor turned on. thanks

If it was shot on an HD camera, then the only way you make it 2.35 is with a letterbox.
