    Photoshop CS

I’m trying to do a tutorial from the above site. It tells me to select based on luminosity (I’m selecting the darker parts of a grayscale image) by the key commands of “apple-Alt-~” and nothing happens.

I’ve searched and other sites have the same key commands. I am doing something wrong here. Can I just make a luminosity selection through pulldown menu commands?

    Thank you in advance

Hmm the author has his apple and PC mixed keyboard confused. Below is the correct keyboard shortcut to select by luminoscity on PC and then on mac platform.

    Ctrl alt ~
    Apple opt ~
