Holding shift+right goes through my footage pretty slowly (painfully slow if I have several hours of footage that I’m trying to look through. The other option that I know of is using my mouse to drag at the speed that I want… but after a few minutes of this, it becomes extremely uncomfortable. Is there any way to configure it to let me shuttle through at a faster speed via keyboard?

J-K-L maybe? Hit L to go forward, again will go faster, and again faster yet. K to pause, J to reverse. There is also a shuttle control just below the play button on your Preview and Program monitors.

JKL and the shuttle control both dont go very fast. They seem to go at most, maybe about 4x normal speed.
