How do I go about doing this? I know how to replace faces in pictures with Photoshop but Photoshop 7 isn’t a video editing program so I read some things online and figured Adobe After Effects is good for this but I have no idea where to start. What I’m trying to do is replace the face in a video clip I have with another face from a *picture*. How do I do it? Thank you so much

I’ve seen that and it’s helpful but not really what I’m looking for. I’m trying to replace a face from a picture (as opposed to a video, like the one he had taken especially for this) with a face from a video.

Brian is right. Here are links to both parts, plus some additional information.

Do you mean a face from a photograph? Perhaps all you need to do is use a mask or a track matte.

Hello i’m new to AE…but I’m good in photoshop, i can replace face in it(photoshop)… well I love AE & I wanna know if it is possible to replace someone face in entire video(Eg: 5 mins video) with a single snap photo, and make that photo smile and talk like real person. Thank you so much..

    Hi,

Any success to the approach you guys are talking about? I mean taking an image and making it talk/walk and smile like the person in original video?

    Thanks
