How to render splines exported from the outside with cinema 4d hair material
I have done the hair calculation from houdini, and I want to import it into cinema 4d and render it with redshift. Now I have a problem that the abc spline exported from houdini cannot be adjusted in the shape with the hair material of cinema 4d. Please tell me the solution, thank you

No, it is only converted into an editable object without animation. My problem now is that I want to adjust the shape of abc spline with hair material of cinema 4d, and finally control the color with hair material of redshift. Now hair material of cinema 4d cannot be directly thrown into abc spline. How can I solve this problem?

Your file does not need any intervention, only when you open the adc file in the options box that will appear to you, convert the “as splines only” option to “as hair if possible” as in the attached screenshots
