How to render several AVI-files into ONE single file in HD or SD resolution?
I have managed to render out uncompressed AVI-files of my film
1280×960, 4:3 PAL with sound, but have trouble making the files into ONE single film file.
It’s a 10 min long digital 2D-animation, so I know it’s a lot of info to tug through.I’m supposed to output the film as ONE single file, uncompressed in either
SD: QT DV, QT Photo JPEG in 100%, AVI DV
HD: HDV, Apple ProRes, AVID DNxHD format. Then the harddrive is to be handed over to some professionals to do a Mpeg2-output.

The other option, do the Mpeg2-convert myself, is a bit too advanced for me right now, but I put
it down here in case…Option A: Windows media 9-format – 1920×1080, 10mbit, stereo 192kbit (HD) or
1024×576, 7mbit, stereo 192kbit (SD).
Option B: Mpeg2-format (transport stream/TS) – 1920×1080, 20mbit (HD) or
720×576 anamorphic, 9mbit (DVD standard)
Sound: AC3-sound: Stereo 224kbit alt. 5.1, 448kbit, no AC3-processing OR
Mpeg-1 layer 2, Stereo 224kbit———-
When I’ve tried making the separate AVI-files into one single in AE, the programme breaks down, and I’m unsure of the exact settings when working with QT Pro; it seems to compress the file without me telling it to do so.It works excellent authoring a PAL-dvd of the separate files into a film with Nero 9.
The film is supposed to be 4:3 PAL. HD or SD is of lesser importance.
Grateful for any help!!
