How to render 1920X1080 24fps progressive video
Hello
I purchased Sony Vegas Studio HD 11 because I bought a camcorder capable of shooting native 24p full hd video. I am now having great difficulty finding a way to render my edited video at full resolution (1920X1080) at 24fps progressive. I watch my rendered videos using Windows Media Player on my laptop and using a Micca m-play HD media player on my HDTV. At this point, it seems Vegas will only allow me to render 24p video at a lower resoltution (1440X1080 i think). If I want full resolution then I have to settle for interlaced video. I tried rendering with various bluray templates which gave me the gorgeous video I wanted but no audio (even though I clicked “include audio” in the custom settings.)
Is there a solution for me? It’s late, I’m tired, and I have been messing with this for a while, so it’s quite possible I am missing something simple.
I am just learning this video stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Jason
