  • How to remove custom LUTs from FCP?

Posted by Dave Smith on February 8, 2021 at 7:22 pm

Howdy, i just want to organize how my custom luts are displayed in the list under the built in luts and wonder if anyone can advise. I tried wiping fcp preferences but they still remained in the list. I tried removing/renaming the folder all my LUTs are in… still there when i reopen fcp. Any ideas appreciated.

    got it…..

Custom LUTs are in the folder ~/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Custom LUTs

surf to that folder and organize as desired.

what process are you following? Go right to the folder where the luts are installed… not in fcp… in the Finder app. I posted the path above

You can also reveal the LUTS right from the list. “Reveal in Finder”.
