    Hello Everyone

I want to ask you some help please. When I edit video like with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Power Director and export it, I always get very large file even when the video duration is two to three minutes. But on my phone I have some videos which are like 500, 600 MB and the duration is more than an hour and they are very good in quality. But I got my video like 1, 2GB for just three minutes. I wonder how they got like 500, 600 MB and 800 MB at the largest size for more than an hour videos. Please help

    Hi Suang
I recommend exporting through the adobe media encoder and use it’s built in presets.
Mostly mp4 formats (h264 h265), they create relatively small file sizes.

Try to export it through Adobe Media Encoder. It does have some nice presets but you can also create custom ones. Here’s a preset for MP4 with H264 encoding:

    Hope this helps
