How to reduce video file size and have good quality

July 2, 2017 at 4:50 pmHello Everyone
I want to ask you some help please. When I edit video like with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Power Director and export it, I always get very large file even when the video duration is two to three minutes. But on my phone I have some videos which are like 500, 600 MB and the duration is more than an hour and they are very good in quality. But I got my video like 1, 2GB for just three minutes. I wonder how they got like 500, 600 MB and 800 MB at the largest size for more than an hour videos. Please help

I recommend exporting through the adobe media encoder and use it’s built in presets.
Mostly mp4 formats (h264 h265), they create relatively small file sizes.Liran Tabib

July 19, 2017 at 7:49 pmTry to export it through Adobe Media Encoder. It does have some nice presets but you can also create custom ones. Here’s a preset for MP4 with H264 encoding:

Hope this helps
