How to Rearrange a clips.

As Dave so eloquently stated, it would be best to edit them that way. But, you can right-click, hold, hold Command key, then drag the clip so it snaps to the beginning of the clip you want it in front of. Then release your mouse. It will cut in that position and move everything down the timeline.

What Dave said, except is using PC it’s the CTRL key to drag and insert clips
