is there a way to rasterize an .ai file in ae 6.5? i have scaled it up quite a bit, and am exporting to swf and the flash guy wants no vectors. i was hoping for a simailair method to photoshp’s right clicking on a layer and selecting rasterize.

In the switches column next to the layer you should have a column that has an * (asterix). If you can add a check box to that layer in that colum that means it can be “continiously rasterized” It should be next to your draft quality “/” switch.

Odd that he wants no vectors.

I’d render as a JPEG sequence using the render queue, then let the flash guy import that sequence.
