  How to prep images for AE time lapse sequence

  Rig:
  Nikon D200
  16G Compact Flash Card
  RAW files 25MG each
  6 sec sequence
  144 frames total
  Comp setting: 1920 X 1080 24p uncompressed

  Software available:

  Lightroom
  Photoshop CS3
  AE CS3
  FCP 5.1.4

  What is the quickest way to get 144 frames into AE, cropped and color corrected 1920X1080 corrected. Insisting on using RAW.
  Know this is going to be very time consuming, but any short cuts would be greatly appreciated.
