How to overwrite the existed text?
I can’t seem to find the way to overwrite the existing text. Basically, I got a video with the small text on the top right corner that advertise someone’s website (not video author), I want to put my text with solid black background over that text but I can’t seem to find it. If I choose solid back ground the whole screen will be black, not just that small area.
It’s very easy to do in Video Edit Magic, either I choose transparent text or specify back ground text, how come it’s so hard to do in Vegas?
Any tips or advice would be very appreciated.

Create your title with a solid back bakground and then use pan and crop to resize it and place it the way you want.
