how to move soundtarck 2 or 3 frames to the left

Can you tell me how to slightly move the sound track so it matches the talking head? (perhaps by 2 or 3 frames max)

Press 1 or 3 on the numeric keypad to move and event one frame left or right. If the audio and video are grouped together you may have to press Ignore Event Grouping (Ctrl+Shift+U) to temporarily move them independantly them and then press it again to make them move in unison when you are done.
