    Hello,

    I’ve got some footage of a person walking in an alleyway..im turning the entire shot into a night shot, and I need to get rid of the back-lit part of the alleyway where it becomes a street. the problem is that i have a character moving through it..

    so basically I want to know if there’s any ‘smart’ way of masking the background out without having to literally mask out every single frame around the character…

    I THOUGHT SO… IM SURE I SAW BEFORE SOMETHING ABOUT REMOVING AN ELEMENT FROM A VIDEO BUT CANT FIND THAT TUTORIAL ANYMORE…EITHER WAY, I OBVIOUSLY EITHER USE A BLUESCREEN OR I ROTOSCOPE?

    LONG BORING, BUT THE RESULT WILL BE GOOD 🙂
